How FamilyCues works

Connect your email
Connect Gmail and choose which school and activity senders FamilyCues may read. FamilyCues currently connects directly to Gmail; support for Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and other providers is coming soon.

Approve your sources
Add a school domain (like wcs.edu) or an exact sender address. Public providers like Gmail or Outlook can never be approved as a whole domain — only an exact address.

FamilyCues reads only what you approve
Only messages matching your approved sources are ever processed. Nothing else is read or sent to AI services.

Get timely reminders
Choose when reminders arrive — a week ahead, the night before, or the morning of — right down to the category. During private beta, delivery may appear as a preview in your Message Log while SMS delivery is being activated.

Stay in control
Mark things ready, correct extracted details, or mute anything that's too frequent. Urgent alerts always get through.
